1 frozen, ripe banana
1 cup of milk of choice
½ cup plain Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
½-1 cup baby spinach, kale, or other dark leafy green
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp mint extract
½-1 cup ice cubes depending on how icy you'd like it
Blend together until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
