SwedishAmerican to Open New North Main Clinic on August 5

SwedishAmerican Medical Group is excited to announce it is opening a new clinic at 2601 North Main Street, Rockford. SwedishAmerican North Main Clinic will officially open on Friday, August 5 with a ribbon cutting and open house to be announced in the upcoming weeks.

SwedishAmerican North Main Clinic will operate in the existing 9,400 square-foot InnovaMed Clinic. The clinic will offer a full-range of primary care services for both men and women, including internal medicine from management of chronic conditions to acute care and preventative health. A full-range of diagnostic services also will be available including lab and X-ray. InnovaMed Aesthetics will continue to operate in the facility and will offer aesthetic services for both men and women.

The clinic will initially be staffed by two physicians, Dr. Susan DeGuide, M.D. and Dr. Linda Razbadouski, M.D., along with advanced practice nurse Jane Steffen, APN. SwedishAmerican anticipates increasing the number of providers at the clinic in the near future.
