SwedishAmerican North Main Clinic Now Open

SwedishAmerican Medical Group is excited to announce its new North Main Clinic at 2601 North Main Street, Rockford, is officially open.

SwedishAmerican North Main Clinic will operate in the existing 9,400 square-foot InnovaMed Clinic. The clinic will offer a full-range of primary care services for both men and women, including internal medicine from management of chronic conditions to acute care and preventative health. A full-range of diagnostic services also will be available including lab and X-ray. InnovaMed Aesthetics will continue to operate in the facility and will offer aesthetic services for both men and women.

The clinic will be staffed by Dr. Susan DeGuide, M.D., Dr. Linda Razbadouski, M.D., advanced practice nurse Jane Steffen, APN, and clinical staff including Licensed Estheticians.

Dr. Susan DeGuide, M.D. received her medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois and completed her internal medicine residency training at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. DeGuide has practiced in Rockford for 17 years, recently joining SwedishAmerican Medical Group. She is a board certified internal medicine physician, and is a member of the Winnebago County Medical Society, Illinois State Medical Society, and the American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery.

Dr. Linda Razbadouski, M.D. received her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois and completed her internal medicine residency training at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Along with internal medicine, Dr. Razbadouski has a special interest in aesthetic medicine.

Dr. Razbadouski has practiced in Rockford for 23 years, recently joining SwedishAmerican Medical Group. She is a board certified internal medicine physician, and is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.

Jane Steffen, APN received a master of science of nursing from University of Illinois Chicago at Rockford and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Jane is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, and the Honor Society of Nursing. She also is an adjunct clinical instructor for Graduate NP and NP students through the University of Illinois Chicago at Rockford and Butler University respectively.

Jane has a special interest in health wellness, disease prevention, diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, heart disease, and anticipatory guidance of teens and young adults.
