Join us as we welcome Dr. Jessica Zitter, a critical care physician and national advocate for transforming end-of-life care in America. Presented by Project SILO: Significantly Impacting Life Outcomes.

There will be a screening of the Academy and Emmy award nominated film "Extremis," followed by a keynote presentation and Q&A. Copies of Dr. Zitter's book Extreme Measures: Finding a Better Path to the End of Life will be signed and given to a limited number of attendees.
