Very Vegan

So you wanna be a vegan? A vegan lifestyle is one free of all animal products. This lifestyle can be rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, dried beans/pea, nuts, seeds and other protein alternatives such as tofu. A vegan diet is not necessarily low in fat but fats used are often unsaturated in the form of oils and avocados instead of butters and creams.
