Vacation Nutrition
So what does a dietitian do when she finds herself in Paris, the city of wine, croissants, baguettes, cheese and macarons?

Grilling Made Easy
Grilling is a fun summer activity that can be simple, quick and nutritious! Important grilling safety tips:
- Check for any loose wire bristles after cleaning the grill grate.
- Consider using a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
- Use two sets of utensils and platters for raw and cooked meats.
Now let's revamp our grilling options! Try grilling salmon on wooden cedar planks! Find the planks at hardware stores in the grilling section.
