ROCKFORD, Illinois – SwedishAmerican is pleased to welcome APRN Lisa Larson to North Main Clinic (2601 N. Main Street, Rockford).

Lisa returns to primary care after previously holding positions at SwedishAmerican’s Center For Women, cardiology and palliative care departments. Working collaboratively with Dr. Susan DeGuide and Dr. Linda Razbadouski, alongside Jane Steffen, APRN, Lisa will provide care to adults ages 18 and older. She is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients and families with acute and chronic health needs.

Lisa will start seeing patients at the North Main Clinic in October.
