SwedishAmerican Earns Advertising Awards

SwedishAmerican's marketing team earned 3 Gold and the "Best in Broadcast" ADDY awards from the American Advertising Federation of Northern Illinois (AAFNI) during the March 9 awards celebration at the Prairie Street Brewhouse. The group earned the highest recognition in the following categories: consumer website, local television campaign, and internet commercial. SwedishAmerican’s entries now advance to the Midwest regional competition in April.

The ADDY awards competition is sponsored by the American Advertising Federation of Northern Illinois--the trade association that serves the interests of the advertising community in Rockford and the northern Illinois area. The AAFNI is affiliated with the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the national organization which collectively represents over 50,000 advertising professionals and students. Entries were judged based on creativity, originality and creative strategy.
