Location & Hours

SAMG/Lundholm Orthopedics is located on the first floor of the Renaissance Pavilion, 1340 Charles Street, on SwedishAmerican Hospital’s main campus. We offer patient visits by appointment Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We often reserve appointments in our schedule to accommodate more urgent needs. We will make every attempt to schedule an appointment for you as soon as possible. This may involve seeing another clinic physician. If you or a family member requires urgent attention, please call (815) 397-6723. Lundholm Orthopedics also is accepting new patients at its satellite clinic at SwedishAmerican Medical Center/Belvidere, located on the second floor. In addition to full casting services, our clinic provides access to X-ray diagnostics, as well as two new state-of-the-art surgical suites.
