QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Quality & Safety Leadership Council
The Quality and Safety Leadership Council (QSLC) has the responsibility of overseeing and supporting the quality and safety programs. The QSLC also is responsible for systematically aligning the organization's mission and quality goals with the strategic plan; analyzing results; providing guidance and feedback; and authorizing financial support for quality and safety initiatives.
This council includes four board members (one of whom serves as chairman), the chief executive officer, chief operations officer, chief medical officer, president of the medical staff, vice president of patient services, health system vice presidents, the director of finance, the director of quality management, the director of risk management, and the safety officer.
