QUALITY MANAGEMENT

The Quality Resource Department (QRD)/MSO Quality Manager

The Quality Resource Department provides structure, technical support, expertise and education for the organization's quality improvement endeavors. QRD reports to the chief medical officer. The MSO quality manager acts as the QRD counterpart for SwedishAmerican Medical Group clinics.
