Jean Holm
Director of Clinical Quality and Patient Safety
Jean Holm is Swedish American Health System's director of clinical quality and patient safety. A certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ), she provides instruction and support for the quality improvement activities of the clinical departments. Jean works with clinical managers and staff to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards.
Before her current position, Jean served as a utilization review coordinator and was a staff nurse for many years.
Jean is a registered nurse who earned her B.S.N. from Rockford College. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Northern Illinois University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cardinal Stritch University.
