Albert Ferrabone
Quality Manager, SwedishAmerican Management Services Organization
Albert Ferrabone serves as quality manager for SwedishAmerican Health System's clinic system. In this capacity, he oversees the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance and customer service programs.
Before his current position, Albert served as quality improvement coordinator for MercyCare Insurance Company, and worked as a health care services data analyst and a health data analyst for Rockford Health System.
Albert earned his undergraduate degree in communications from Northern Illinois University and a graduate public health degree from New York Medical College. He also completed an administrative residency in health care administration.
