Hospital Report Card Act
At SwedishAmerican we are committed to providing excellent patient care. One way we do this is by providing appropriate nursing care for all patients. Patients, family members and the public may request nurse staffing information from us.
For individual patients, please contact the nurse manager of the patient's unit. Other nurse staffing information can be obtained from the Hospital's nursing office. Please contact them at (815) 489-4245, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
