FACILITIES
This year’s conference will again be held at Giovanni’s Restaurant and Conference Center, 610
N. Bell School Road, Rockford, Illinois, located just off I-90 at the Business 20/E. State Street
exit. For more information about Giovanni’s call (815) 398-6411.
It is not always possible to set the meeting room temperature to everyone’s personal comfort level.
Please dress accordingly. Cell phones and pagers must be kept in silent mode during the seminar.
Please leave the room for required cell phone conversations in consideration of other attendees.
Directions to Conference Facility
From Chicago:
Take I-90 West to Rockford. Exit at Business 20/East State Street. At the first intersection, take a right (west) onto State Street. Turn right at the first stoplight onto Bell School Road. Giovanni’s will be on the left.
From Madison:
Take I-90 East/I-39 South to Rockford. Exit at Business 20/East State Street. At the
first intersection, take a right (west) onto State Street. Turn right at the first stoplight onto Bell
School Road. Giovanni’s will be on the left.
From Dubuque:
Take US-20 East to Rockford. Take I-90 toward Wisconsin. Exit I-90 at Business
20/East State Street. At the first intersection, take a right (west) onto State Street. Turn right at the
first stoplight onto Bell School Road. Giovanni’s will be on the left.
From Springfield:
Take I-55 North. In Bloomington, merge
onto I-39 North to Rockford. In Rockford, take I-39 North to I-90. Take I-90 toward Wisconsin. Exit I-90 at Business 20/East State Street. At the first intersection, take a right (west) onto State Street. Turn right at the first stoplight onto Bell
School Road. Giovanni’s will be on the left.

Parking
In an effort to provide better parking options for attendees, we will be offering shuttle service.
Cancellation Policy
A refund of the registration fee, less $25 for processing, will be granted if the cancellation is
made in writing and postmarked on or before January 31, 2013. Please send all cancellations
