ACCREDITATION AND GRANTS
Accreditation
SwedishAmerican Hospital is accredited by the Illinois State Medical
Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
SwedishAmerican Hospital designates this live activity for a maximum of 5.5 AMA
PRA category 1 credits.™ Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their
participation in the activity.
SwedishAmerican Health System (OH-388, 9/11/15) is an approved provider of continuing education
by the Ohio Nurses Association (OBN-001-91) and an accredited approver by the American Nurses
Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
CEU credit is being requested from appropriate medical society organizations. Application will be made
for radiology credits.
