PHYSICIAN RESOURCE CENTER
Our Physician Recruitment Team
The Physician Resource Center is the hub of physician recruitment and retention at SwedishAmerican Health System.
The Physician Resource Center directs physician and midlevel recruitment for SwedishAmerican Medical Group and provides recruitment support to non-employed physicians who maintain active staff membership at SwedishAmerican Hospital. From long-range planning, candidate sourcing and interviewing; to orientation, start-up marketing and retention initiatives, the Physician Resource Center in-house recruiters coordinate all aspects of physician recruitment.
Our physician recruiters are experts on SwedishAmerican Health System and lifelong residents of the Rockford community. They have familiarity with the housing market, first-hand experience with both public and private schools, involvement in the arts and music scene and experience raising families in Rockford. With their experience and expertise, they focus on finding the right candidate for each position they represent.
