Midwest Heart Specialists/AMG at SwedishAmerican Hospital Is Pleased to Welcome Mohammad Kizilbash, MD

SwedishAmerican is pleased to announce the addition of Mohammad Kizilbash, MD, its newest cardiologist. Dr. Kizilbash received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies and completed internal medicine residency at University of Chicago, Weiss Memorial Hospital. He continued training with a cardiology fellowship at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, and with a fellowship in cardiovascular disease prevention at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Dr. Kizilbash is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. He has a strong passion for cardiac disease prevention with a special interest in heart failure and valvular heart disease. Dr. Kizilbash is now accepting new patients at Midwest Heart Specialists/AMG at SwedishAmerican in the Renaissance Pavilion at 1340 Charles Street in Rockford.
