SwedishAmerican, Northern Illinois Vein Clinic to Offer Free Varicose Vein Screening in Belvidere

On January 25, SwedishAmerican and Northern Illinois Vein Clinic will host a free varicose vein screening at SwedishAmerican Medical Center/Belvidere, conveniently located at 1625 S. State Street in Belvidere (near the corner of US-20 and S. State Street).
The free screening includes a limited consultation and may include an ultrasound evaluation of the varicose veins in the legs. Varicose veins can happen to anyone, regardless of gender, size, age or other variables. Painful and unsightly, varicose veins also can be an indicator of more serious health issues.
