CARING FOR OUR COMMUNITY

Recognizing that healthy communities are characterized by strong interconnections between residents, infrastructure, organizations and services, we have worked alone and in partnership with other community-based organizations, including the River District and ZION Development Corporation, to improve the lives of area residents at every life stage and income level. Our efforts have reached young children, the elderly and underserved, people who are at risk for chronic diseases, and even other healthcare professionals.
